YU.R Skin Solution is operated by K'Elmus Group BV, Boomsesteenweg 41/4b, 2630 Aartselaar, Belgium ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

What we collect

• Account data — your email, name, and preferred language when you create an account or place an order.
• Order data — shipping and billing address, the items you ordered, and the payment status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information collected via cookies and server logs for security and fraud prevention.
• Support data — the content of your messages to our AI skin concierge and customer service, kept only as long as needed to answer you.

How we use it

We process your data to fulfil your orders, provide customer support, send you transactional emails about your orders, and, with your explicit consent, to send marketing communications. We also use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to improve the website.

Legal basis

Our lawful bases under the GDPR are (i) performance of a contract (when you place an order), (ii) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, securing the site), (iii) your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), and (iv) legal obligations (accounting, tax).

Sharing

We share data only with processors we have contracts with: Supabase (hosting & database, EU), Mollie (payments, EU), Sendcloud (shipping, EU), and our email provider. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Email us at hello@yurskinsolution.eu and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Retention

Order records are kept for seven years (legal requirement for Belgian accounting). Account data is kept until you ask us to close your account. Marketing consent is kept until you unsubscribe.
