Our story

Asian Beauty Shop was founded in 2026 by K'Elmus Group BV, a Belgian company based in Aartselaar near Antwerp, out of a single observation: Korea has spent two decades quietly leading global skincare innovation, but the European experience of actually buying it has been a mess.

Counterfeits sold as authentic. Ingredient lists missing or in the wrong alphabet. Three-week shipping from Asian warehouses. Customer service in a language you don't speak. No EU compliance verification — you find out the hard way when the parcel gets stuck at customs.

We started Asian Beauty Shop to fix that gap. A small, curated catalogue of Asian-beauty brands we believe in, fully EU-registered, stocked in Belgium, shipped within 24 hours, and supported in English, Dutch, French, and Russian.

The premise is simple: when the operational layer is right, the products speak for themselves.

How we choose what we carry

We don't manufacture our own products — we curate. That means every formula on Asian Beauty Shop has earned its spot by passing four checks before it ever appears on the storefront.

Formulation. We look for brands whose products are built around active ingredients with real published evidence — not seasonal trends. We read the INCI lists before we read the marketing.

Compliance. Before listing, every SKU goes through CPNP notification. We don't take a brand's word for it — we verify the registration ourselves.

Operational fit. Brands that can supply us reliably, with EU-format ingredient declarations and a willingness to support EU consumer rights (returns, recalls, ingredient queries). Asian-market-only brands don't pass this filter.
